pg_dbname — データベース名を取得する

説明

string pg_dbname ([ resource $connection ] )

pg_dbname() は、 PostgreSQL connection リソースで指定したデータベースの名前を返します。

パラメータ

connection: PostgreSQL データベース接続リソース。connection が指定されていない場合はデフォルトの接続が使用されます。デフォルトの接続は、直近の pg_connect() あるいは pg_pconnect() によって作成されたものです。

返り値

connection が指すデータベースの名前を表す文字列を返します。エラー時には FALSE を返します。

This function is as simple as it sounds, it returns the name of the database your are currently connected to on the handle retrieved from a pg_connect() call.

    }
